Chart notes
POUND GREEN in range, closed three and four-wide on the turn. rallied outside and was up just in time under a drive. BLUE MAX stumbled at the outset but had speed to gain a spot on the dueling team, battled three and four-wide through the turn, wore down his rivals and was clear upper stretch, had command to the final yards but was nailed at the wire. VIATURE settled in mid pack, closed three to five-wide on the turn then rallied gamely. NORTHERN CONQUEST dueled, raced two and three-wide on the turn, was headed upper stretch but chased to the end. NONNO'S LITTLE BOY settled off the pace, rode the rail on the turn then rallied willingly between foes. PRIDE AND PASSION was bumped by SAME AGAIN DOC and SUN DADDY at the break, settled in mid pack, closed three-wide on the turn and finished gamely. SPIRAL STORM dueled from the rail, gave way at the top of the stretch and faded. SUN DADDY bumped PRIDE AND PASSION leaving the gate, was hustled four-wide on the turn then rallied mildly. WENJACK stalked the pacesetters, was hustled two-wide oh the turn, chased into the stretch but evened out with a 16th to run. VATICAN MOON settled in mid pack, rode the rail and two-wide o the turn, chased into the stretch but never reached contention. TOOK A WRONG TURN broke outward then showed brief speed, stalked the leaders four-wide on the turn then evened out in the stretch. LUCKY LUKE got away slowly and settled off the pace, closed two to four-wide through the turn but never reached contention. SAME AGAIN DOC broke outward and bumped PRIDE AND PASSION, settled off the pace, was hustled two and three-wide on the turn but tired in the stretch. POUROSO bobbled leaving the gate, gained striking distance and stalked from the rail but had no response in the stretch.
