Chart notes
WAVE BABY stalked the leaders while outside two rivals into the turn, advanced on the pacesetters late turn and had the lead by the quarter pole, widening his advantage to the wire. TRUFFLE KING broke in and brushed a rival at the start and falling back to an off the pace spot, came up inside on the turn and momentarily awaited room before mounting a charge in the two path down the lane, splitting rivals in midstretch and garnering the place position late. MONEY PRINTER settled in midpack, had to steady slightly when moving late on the turn, angled out upper stretch and came with a prolonged rally down the final eighth, closing gamely to the finish. HIT THE POINT was between rivals inside the winner chasing early, dropped back in the two path late on the turn, re-rallied when swinging widest in midstretch and had some nice run outside in the final stages. RUNNINFORCOVER chased the leaders along the inside, was looming in behind top stretch but failed to match the energy of three closing rivals while staying on gamely to the wire. SMALL TALK led quickly, allowed a rival to lead after a sixteenth, stalked that one around the turn and took a brief lead turning for home, was immediately collared by the winner and lost numerous positions in the final sixteenth. BEYOND MY DREAMS chased inside and two wide backstretch and turn, was steadied by the three eighths marker, then put in a very mild rally in upper stretch before tiring. MAXIMUS MOMENTUS took the lead up the inside of an early pacesetting rival, lost the front to that one nearing the stretch and retreated down the lane. COLLECTIVE FORCE was brushed by a rival coming over at the start, settled between rivals near the back and could not enter contention after mildly rallying in upper stretch. TRINITY GOLD came up the inside and in behind a phalanx of runners mid backstretch, the rider guzzling and grabbing while up in the irons for a good sixteenth of a mile, never able to put in a rally after that. EMINENT DOMAIN was far back at all times, the rider asking for a response midway on the turn but none was forthcoming. LOMAKI FORCE sat four wide and off the pace the entire trip, falling back midway on the turn and down the lane. SIAKAM was just in a gallop the whole way, far back from the field.
