Chart notes
ROCKO'S WHEEL set a pressured pace through early stages, vied for the lead inside of SENATOR CON around the turn then shook free turning for home, drifted out wider under left handed pressure, switched to right handed urging, continued to steadily drift but held clear. CRYPTOZONIC raced up close through early stages and remained forwardly placed into the upper stretch, hustled along under steady pressure then had to wait briefly when ROCKO'S WHEEL drifted out near the eighth pole, lost clear path again late but could not reach the winner. SENATOR CON raced up close then in the opening quarter then vied for the lead with ROCKO'S WHEEL around the turn, could not match strides at the head of the lane but sustained a steady outside bid for a share. WOMAN WITH A BOOK raced in the last flight then hustled along two to three wide around the turn, came out wider in the drive and lacked the needed response for impact. LUCKY INFERNO chased the early pace, saved ground around the turn then steadily weakened. BAD BOY JOHNNY raced outside in the last flight, urged three to four wide into the lane then dropped inside and had no response. THE STEWARDS POSTED AN INQUIRY AND THE RIDER OF #2 CRYPTOZONIC LODGED A CLAIM OF FOUL AGAINST #1 ROCKO'S WHEEL FOR INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH, AFTER REVIEW THE ORDER STOOD AS POSTED
