FLEET WARRIOR Left the rail nearing the half mile pole, took the five path into the turn, three path out of it, angled wide and under the whip proved best while drifting out through the final sixteenths. SON OF DARKNESS Sprinted clear, showed the way along the rail, opened up daylight a furlong out, began to tire and then lasted for the place. FORWARD MOTION Tracked the leader four wide into the turn, three path around it, chased and finished with interest. CANDYROCK Unhurried along the rail, eased out a path in the lane and made a mild bid. ROYAL SUSPECT Four wide early, two path into the turn and weakened inside. GOLD CROSS Broke slow, three path into the turn, four wide out of it and failed to take part. LOOK OUT JAYCE Close up early, two path into the turn and tired.
