Chart notes
VANGILDER was allowed to settle early while saving ground, made a inside bid entering the stretch, was shut off passed the sixteenths pole, then the rider angled out and was put to crop urging and he responded well to win going away late. SNOW MAN vied for the early lead three wide, then went on to set the pace on the far turn and move over to the inside, dug in gamely in the stretch but was caught late. BOATHOUSE VIEW was well placed early while two wide, swung out four wide for the drive and was slowly gaining late. AERO STREET was reserved early, angled out five wide passed the three sixteenths pole and rallied. REPLETE was four wide into the first turn, then was well placed three wide and made a three wide bid on the far turn but flattened out late. BLUERIDGE TRAVELER was reserved early, made a five wide middle move passed the half mile marker then weakened. CHILLER vied for the lead on the inside, then was pulled up nearing the half mile marker, vanned off.
