Chart notes
BOURBON AND ICE forced the pace outside, took over when ready midway on the turn then drew off under confident handling. KICKSTARTER hustled to the front inside, was collared on the turn and continued gamely while no match for the winner. DESPITE ODDS chased close up three wide then flattened out through the stretch. MIAMI STEVE lacked speed outside, offered a brief wide bid into the stretch but was no factor. CODE NAME BRODY angled inside in the opening quarter then began fading into the far turn. ROYAL THUNDER dropped back in the two path and way always outrun. GEORGIA PINES saved ground early and trailed throughout.
