Chart notes
L D' RADO GOLDRUSH set a pressured pace from off the rail, opened a clear margin with a quarter to run and drew off through the lane. TIZ MANNY tracked the winner from the inside, angled out into the stretch and failed to gain on the winner late. PERFECT D veered in at the start, raced unhurried early, saved ground through the turn and finished evenly late. CHRIS THE BEAVER settled off the leaders early, moved five-wide through the turn and lacked the needed closing response. STARZAN was away alertly then raced off the pacesetters early, moved four-wide through the turn and did not menace. COMMAND SGT MAJOR lacked early foot, raced five-wide through the turn and was not a factor. SHARK HARBOR veered in at the start, lagged early, saved ground through the turn and did not reach contention. BODEEMAN broke sharply to press the pace while racing three-wide and weakened after going a half.
