Chart notes
SOMERSET BAY opened a clear lead along the inside midway on the backstretch, widened into the final furlong then lasted. PAPA TONY advanced between horses early, raced two wide around the turn then gained through the lane. STONE SCULPTOR broke slowly, lagged early, raced three wide around the turn and was up for the show. KONKIE showed speed from the outset, raced three wide around the turn and tired. I B CHARLY was no factor. WELL IN TUNE was outrun. WHO YOU SAY I AM was sent up the inside early then tired. EYES OF ZEUS was outrun.
