Chart notes
MOLLIE O ' MCEVOY sat just off of the early pace, made a middle move on the backstretch to gain ground and pressure the pacesetters, dueled with REV REE and ODESSA through the second turn while four wide, led coming off of the turn and drew clear in the end to prevail. REV REE dueled with ODESSA for pace duties, was joined by the winner entering the second turn as the three vied for the lead, lost the lead off of the turn and was outkicked in the stretch drive but held for second. ODESSA dueled with REV REE for pace duties, was confronted by the winner nearing the second turn, tired in the stretch run and drifted out in the final sixteenth but held for third. SMILING ANN was rank on the run into the first turn, settled toward the rear of the field and tired in the stretch run. ESCAPE THE CITY (GB) was unhurried early, was three wide along the second turn while toward the rear and weakened in the stretch drive.
