Chart notes
SHASTALOO steadied around the five eighths pole, then was guided to the outside, made a five wide run on the turn, continued that run to close well on the outside to get up in time under a drive. A REAL JEWEL dueled for the early lead and made a three wide bid leaving the turn to draw clear passed the furlong marker, but was caught late to just miss. MARKUP stumbled at the start, chased the pace four wide and was along for the show. FAST N FINE WORKER dueled for the lead on the inside to the quarter pole then weakened. RACY JAYCEE was well placed early on the inside, then eased out four wide leaving the five sixteenths pole but was empty. SIMONA'S CHOICE was allowed to settle early towards the inside, then was three wide by the quarter pole but offered no rally.
