Chart notes
ROARING OCEAN came under a stiff drive leaving the turn going all out abreast foes down the lane getting there in the end. R. C. OWENS slow early raced inside to upper stretch responding in the two path to finish well. OSMI SLEW pressured hard through the turn weakening in the three path upper stretch. LITTLE JOHN COLONY sent hard would duel on a narrow lead through the turn briefly shaking clear along the rail in upper stretch having nothing left at the end. DR. APPROVAL slow early played no factor. CENTRE STREET chased the pace through the turn giving way in upper stretch.
