Chart notes
DARCEE'S LOVI DOVI sat just off of the early fractions, gained ground on the second turn while four wide, confronted the leaders off of the turn, was kept to task through the lane and was clear in the end. GOVERNOR ARTHUR settled near the rear of the field, was four wide then five wide on the second turn and finished willingly in the stretch but was not pressuring the winner. AL MILLON BOB prompted the pace of SUMMER FUN through the second turn, met the bid of DARCEE'S LOVI DOVI off of the turn but was outfinished by that one in the stretch while an easy third over the rest. SUMMER FUN set the pace through the second turn, was confronted by DARCEE'S LOVI DOVI and AL MILLION BOB off of the turn and gave out in the stretch drive. LAZARUS COME FORTH bobbled at the start and made contact with the side of the starting stall at the break, had no speed early, was two wide on the second turn and trailed throughout.
