Chart notes
KING CAUSEWAY raced in mid pack, was hustled angling from two to four-wide through the far turn, rallied gamely through the stretch and swept by the leader in the final 16th. DERZKII steadied at the start, showed brief speed then pressed the pace, bid late turn, shook clear at the top of the stretch but was passed in the late stages. GIANT CRITIC pressed the pace, stalked the pace on the backstretch, was hustled from the rail to three-wide late turn and finished with determination. VELOCE pressed then stalked the pace, raced three and four-wide on the far turn then showed a mild close through the stretch. MAMBOINTHEFOREST forced the issue, gained the lead and moved clear on the backstretch, was headed at the top of the stretch and gave way gradually. ARGENTIUM was rated off pace then hustled from the rail to three-wide on the far turn but finished evenly.
