DENALI ROCKET gained a narrow early lead, edged clear on the turn, responded and held sway in the stretch. KOWGIRL KIRBY settled well, advanced on the turn and chased the winner in the stretch. WICKED CHOCOLATE saved ground, was angled four wide into the stretch and managed a mild rally. ISLAND MAGIC chased while four wide, moved five wide into the stretch and evenly. CITY STARLET was outpaced along the inside and faded. SUDDEN SPLENDOR leaned out at the start and was outrun. HEALING SPRINGS forced the early pace and retreated.
