Chart notes
TRUE DEAL moved up to duel off the inside the opening furlong, shook off the other speed and another rival turning for home, stayed clear to the wire under a firm right handed crop. GRUNT broke alertly, dueled up front along the rail and inside the winner, could not keep pace with that one through the stretch, edged away for the second spot. GOTMY MO JO WORKIN off the early pace while racing outside, loomed a threat three wide and outside the top pair turning for home, flattened out in the drive, remainee well clear of the others. CHIEF KIMOSABI off a step slow, raced back, improved position while not a threat to the top three. MO CREDO trailed for most of the way, picked off a couple of tiring rivals. ISLE CALL U LATER chased the early duel and began a steady fade before three furlongs. I LIKE DREAMING failed to menace.
