DUGOUT dueled two wide for the lead, dueled with JOHNNY OBVIOUS on the turn, gained a short lead in upper stretch, dug in gamely between rivals and held on late for the win. STRONG BREEZE chased close up inside, chased the leaders on the turn, rallied three wide at the quarter pole, drifted out wide in the stretch run, surged late and just missed. JOHNNY OBVIOUS broke sharply, dueled inside for the lead, dueled with the winner on the turn, dug in inside rivals in upper stretch and weakened late. RAOFTHESUN stumbled after the start, raced two wide off the pace, came wide and had no rally. SUNSHINE CHARLIE raced off the pace inside and failed to threaten. AFFLUENTIAL was outrun.
