BAYAKOAS IMAGE settled off the early pace while racing one out from the rail through the stretch the first time, rallied smartly three wide through the final turn, shifted four wide entering the lane, and closed determinedly to prove best. BROAD APPROVAL broke sharply and tracked the leader one out from the rail entering the stretch the first time, forced the issue two wide into the final turn, took a narrow advantage into the lane, but was unable to fend off BAYAKOAS IMAGE late, while proving clearly second best. HEIDI stalked the leader through the stretch the first time while saving ground at the rail, rallied along the inside through the final turn, and finished willingly from along the rail in the drive to garner a share. MI REYNA away alertly and raced to the lead from along the rail through the stretch the first time, dictated the pace in the run down the backside, battled from along the rail for the lead through the final turn, but faded in deep stretch.
