LEMON POPPER was clear early, was challenged near the quarter pole and drew off late under mild urging. AUNTIE MABEL stumbled badly at the start, recovered nicely to press the pace then was no match in the stretch. GAMBLIN TRAIN saved ground, then faded in the stretch. SAVVY SHIPMAN bid in the three path at the three-eighths pole, then faltered in the stretch.
