Chart notes
CAPTAIN DON set a tepid pace, drew off leaving the turn and was wrapped up late. THE BIG BLUFF settled well, moved closer on the turn and managed a mild four wide rally in the stretch. THROWN FOR A LOUPE raced forwardly while three wide, remained three wide into the stretch and stayed on. NILES CHANNEL lacked room at the start, vied between foes from just off the pace and lacked a rally. LAST BATTLE was always outrun.
