Chart notes
WE THE CLOUDS well placed and outside, gained position two and three wide through the second turn, bid three wide into the lane, made a steady gain and drove clear. OUR LITTLE JEWEL tracked the pace well back, saved ground through the turns, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, gained a short lead, then was no match for the winner and held the place safe. DREAMING OF PARIS 'set the pace just off the rail, shook clear into the stretch, then weakened the final furlong and held the show. SOMEWHERE GOLDEN allowed to settle, looped up three wide through the second turn, bid on that path into the lane, then could not gain and held a share. THISAINTJUMPSTREET allowed to settle, gained position three and four wide through the second turn, fanned widest into the lane and weakened in the drive. BIG ANGEL stalked the pace on the outside and faded through the second turn.
