Chart notes
MIXO settled off the leaders early, saved ground through the turn, angled out nearing the quarter, reached the fore with a sixteenth to run an drew clear. GRINDER SPARKSAGLO stalked the leaders while racing four-wide, moved up to engage nearing the quarter, vied with SO LUCKY and gave way to the winner grudgingly late. SO LUCKY was away in good order to duel for the lead from the inside with FUZZY DOLPHIN and gave way through the final furlong. MAIUS settled off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the turn and finished evenly late. CODY'S CHOICE lacked early foot, saved ground through the turn, angled out into the stretch and did not threaten. FUZZY DOLPHIN broke sharply to dispute the early fractions with SO LUCKY and weakened after going a half. BULLET DRILL lagged throughout and was eased through the lane.
