TWEET THIS took the lead at the three quarter pole and rated a clear pace inside, came under pressure toward the five sixteenths, widened at the rail on the far turn and was steadily handled through the lane. MINI BOLT saved ground off the pace, bid nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail then dueled through the stretch for second. THORN OF ROSE HILL raced in the three path the first turn and settled off the pace leaving the turn, started a bid toward the three eighths pole, ran five wide on the far turn then outfinished in the stretch duel for second. STRIDE ON BY came through the first turn about the three path and entered the backstretch outside, started a bid past the three eighths pole, ran six wide on the far turn and passed rivals widest. LET'S GET STARTED settled off the pace off the rail the opening turn, bid past the seven sixteenths pole and raced in the four path of the far turn, steadied off the heels of Thorn Of Rose Hill nearing the eighth pole then flattened in the lane. BECOMING SMITTY rated off the pace inside the first turn, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole and raced near the rail on the far turn, then weakened. WINTER IS HERE stalked the early pace off the rail, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, came through the far turn in the four path and weakened. The Stewards posted the inquiry to review the steadying incident at the eighth pole, but determined there was no foul.
