Chart notes
COLLEGE KID came away sharply and drew clear while angling to the inside, came under pressure midway on the turn and held on well with steady encouragement. OUR DIAMOND GIRL chased toward the inside, raced off the rail on the turn and finished well while gaining slowly on the winner. PEPPA STARR chased the early pace outside, raced in the three path of the turn then flattened the final furlong. TALENT EXPECTED became anxious in the gate, came away a bit awkwardly then steadied on the chute, gave only distant chase, improved a bit in the five path of the turn and finished evenly. PRINCESS KOKACHIN engaged in close early chase then faded off the rail on the turn. MANAROLA broke awkwardly then gave chase, raced in the three and four paths of the turn and showed little in the lane. DISTORTED SPLENDOR chased the pace through the backstretch, checked from tight quarters between horses past the five sixteenths pole, recovered stride into the turn then weakened.
