HALF A BITE in the second flight along the inside early, moved out to race three wide into the far turn, advanced and challenged late in that bend on the outside, put a head in front entering the stretch, drove steadily clear. COMMON LAW CAT in tight, shuffled back start, void of speed, moved out a began to rally four wide far turn, finished willingly to be clear for the place, no match for the winner. ARCTIC ROSE bumped at the start, chased the early leader while saving ground, dueled up the rail after a quarter, proved no match for the winner upper stretch nor could contain the runner up, remained clear of the others. KISS OF THE WOLF broke alertly, set the early pace, dueled off the inside the middle half, weakened. ANTIETAM ROAD went one paced throughout in lacking a closing response. NOCOMET broke out, bumped foe repeatedly, remained always back. READY REDDING in mid pack for five furlongs, stopped far turn off the inside. OPENING QUARTER MILE FRACTIONAL SPLIT WAS HAND TIMED.
