Chart notes
CUTE IMPACT chased off the pace, ranged up for to five wide on the turn, put a head in front in upper stretch, dueled with SALLY STANFORD through the final furlong and dug in for the upset. SALLY STANFORD set the pace four deep early, cleared briefly around the turn, challenged by CUTE IMPACT into the stretch, lost the lead in upper stretch, battled back through the final furlong but had to settle for second best. SMART MONIQUE chased between foes early then failed to keep pace with the speedy quartet, angled in and saved ground around the turn and finished willingly inside. MY SWEET MARY chased up close between foes, three wide into the drive and could not produce a bid. DREAMER GIRL was up close inside a trio of rivals, exited the far turn chasing the top pair and flattened out in the stretch. MISS SHADY pressed the pace three deep between rivals, chased the leader four wide into the stretch and weakened. BIG FAME was off slow and lost path at the start, traveled two to three wide around the turn and never got involved. BLUEBERRY EYES off slow from the far outside, entered the turn five wide, exited four wide and could not make any impact. ASSUNTA dropped back near the turn, saved ground on the inside and was outrun.
