GO SMILEY GO stalked the early fractions, came five wide along the turn to gain ground, was pressured in the final sixteenth by the runner-up but dug in and held on to prevail. DRAW ME was away a step slowly and had no speed early, was two wide on the turn,swung widest into the lane and made a steady bid in the stretch, pressured the winner in the late stages and could not reel her in but got up late for second. SHEZA GIRLY GIRL sat off of the early fractions on the turn while four wide, gained ground off of the turn but finished evenly in the stretch, missing for second. TIP TOP GAL dueled on the front end with SQUARE PEGGY while three wide on the turn and weakened in the stretch run. SQUARE PEGGY dueled for pace duties through the turn while four wide and tired in the stretch drive.
