A SONG FOR ARCH chased close up two wide, bid between rivals on the turn, dueled in upper stretch, rallied to a short lead, edged away and held well late, driving. CAIRO CAMPAIGN chased close up three wide, bid three wide on the turn, dueled outside rivals in the stretch and dug in gamely outside to the finish. SHOWTIME CAT raced off the pace, moved up two wide on the turn, angled out into the stretch and rallied mildly outside. XMASINTHECITY set the pace on the inside, dueled on the turn, dug in gamely on the rail in upper stretch and then weakened. MIAMI CROCKETT bobbled at the break, tracked the leaders, raced inside on the turn and finished evenly. NOTHING BETTER raced off the rail, off pace and failed to threaten. PRINCE PERE raced off the pace, had an inside trip and lacked a rally.
