Chart notes
RHETT THOMAS cleared into the backstretch, continued on a clear lead while widening into the far turn, continued well clear into the lane while near the inside, became weary inside the sixteenth pole and was all out to the wire to last. BIG EARL chased the pace from the two path through the far turn and into the lane, was asked for more after straightening in the lane and was closing in to the wire. EVEN MONEY was along the inside through the turns and into the lane and offered a mild gain while never a threat to the top two. RUN RUDY RUN chased the pace from the three path through the turn then tired after entering the lane. PUNCTUATION was in the two path while chasing the pace through the far turn and tired. VICTOR'S MAJESTY chased the pace from the three path into the turn and was done in mid-turn.
