Chart notes
BAYOU BEAUX dueled for the lead outside of SAUL GOOD MAN, cleared narrowly into the turn, met that foe's rebid entering the lane, clung to an advantage through midstretch, then drew off through the final sixteenth. SAUL GOOD MAN dueled for the lead inside of BAYOU BEAUX early on, allowed that foe to clear into the turn, rebid inside of that foe entering the lane, but yielded a sixteenth out. CLERIC broke awkwardly and a length slowly, saved ground off of the pace, then rallied along the rail through the lane to claim show at the sixteenth pole. DE LIVERMORE chased the leading pair four wide, but tired entering the lane. SIR OVERANALYZE trailed around the turn, and improved between horses late. HIP FOUR O FOUR failed to factor. CRYPTORITHM stalked, shifted three wide into the turn, but faded turning for home.
