Chart notes
WOODLAND WALK broke in full stride to set all the pace while getting quick fractions and prevailed under brisk handling. CHIEF RANDEL pressed the pace along the inside into the stretch, angled outside the winner near mid stretch and finished second best. CHANNEL FURY never far back, loomed boldly three wide nearing the top of the stretch then leveled off. FRANCO trailed for a half, swung wide and passed tiring rivals. FLATTER ME PLEASE with the second flight inside, failed to respond. SCARED WARIOR was no factor. TIME TO SHOOT had brief speed.
