Chart notes
SALSA'S RETURN was unhurried in the early stages, moved up four wide nearing the quarter pole, raced five to six wide in the stretch and surged late to get up under strong pressure. CERULEAN SPRINGS was allowed to settle to the middle of the pack early on, moved up near the inside and finished gamely to just miss. HIT THE TICKET showed good early speed to set the pace, raced off the inside and weakened a bit in the final stages. EMPTY NESTR stalked the pace, raced five wide near the three sixteenths pole and had no final winning bid. POLITICAL was forwardly placed early on, raced three to four wide and had not enough in the drive. MUCHO MAS GRANDE settled off the early pace, raced six deep into the upper stretch and never threatened. IN HIM WITH HIM failed to sustain a bid. NEIGHBORHOOD BULLY raced four wide around the first turn, lacked speed and trailed throughout.
