Chart notes
PROOF HE RIDES sat just off of the early pace while saving ground, made a quick rail move leaving the turn and drew away in the final sixteenth in a good debut. RIVERSKY broke sharply and set a quick pace through the turn, was collared by the winner and outkicked but held on for second. SON OF SMALLS chased the quick pace while three wide and weakened in the stretch run but did hold for the show. UNION BOY settled in the midflight while four then five wide on the turn and did not rally in the stretch. ROWDY OH chased the pace while four wide and tired in the stretch run. CROWN THE LAKERS was off slowly, was green and slow into stride in the first furlong, was three wide on the turn and was not a factor. SAL MAGLIE had no speed in the early going, saved ground on the turn and was not a threat. Race times updated after data review.
