HE'SPUREGOLD raced off the pace between rivals, moved up inside on the far turn, rallied on the rail entering the stretch, dueled inside rivals past midstretch, dug in gamely on the rail and edged away late for the win. QUIBERON BAY tracked close up on the inside, bid two wide on the far turn, dueled three wide in the stretch drive, dug in gamely outside and got up late for the place award. OPTIC WAY set the pace on the inside, showed the way into the far turn, dueled between rivals passing the furlong marker, dug in gamely to the end and lost second. AMATTEROFTIME steadied at the start, trailed the field, came four wide into the lane and had no rally. PASSPORT raced three wide off the pace, came two wide into the lane and lacked a rally. STEFANO pulled and steadied entering the first turn, raced off the pace inside, saved ground on the far turn and failed to threaten. NEXT COWBOY UP stalked three wide and faded.
