Chart notes
HOWBEIT stalked the early speed battled, angled out on the turn, came five wide into the stretch and drove clear. FASHIONABLY FAST was up close six deep early, vied four deep on the turn, three deep into the stretch and held the place. COLT FICTION raced five deep early, vied three deep on the turn, battled to the eighth pole and flattened out. SURFING STAR stumbled at the start, dropped far back early, went three to four wide around the turn and summoned a mild response. CANADIAN PRIDE forwardly placed along the inside, lost some ground leaving the backstretch, angled out on the turn, had the rider lose the whip past the eighth pole and churned on to the finish. DARNQUICK vied three deep early on, fought on the inside on the turn then failed to keep up with the rivals leaving the bend and weakened. TIGER DAD vied between early, dropped back on the turn and weakened. PARSIMONY vied for the lead four deep early, battled two wide around the turn and faded.
