Chart notes
VIOLENZA raced two wide in the last flight at the quarter pole, shifted out wider for the drive, rallied six wide and edged away late under steady pressure. MUCHA MEZQUINA saved ground around the turn, angled out four wide at the head of the lane, shifted in two wide in the final sixteenth and produced a solid finsh. BEANTOWN BABY raced two to three wide in pursuit, chased four wide into the lane, vied for the lead in the final sixteenth and lacked a closing kick. DANNYHILL chased the top two leaders, sustained a three wide bid into the lane, raced in striking distance then yielded. HYDRA raced along the rail late on the turn, tipped out a path at the head of the lane, took control over the lead then had no closing kick. MOANAS POWER saved ground around the turn, gained closer contention two wide in the upper stretch but failed to sustain bid. MUDSLIDE WICKED pressed the early pace, led the way into the lane then gave way. MASTERING BELA raced three wide in the last flight around the turn and lacked a needed rally. LOVIELEE set a pressured pace and faded in the lane.
