Chart notes
LIGHTNING ROB in hand early, gained inside into the last turn, challenged at the top of the lane, battled along the rail and then drifted out just before the wire taking away the path of CLASSY PAPA while turning back ARMANDO'S TEAM for the win. ARMANDO'S TEAM in hand four wide early, gained along the three path on the last turn, reached the leaders three across and just missed. CLASSY PAPA set the pace along the two path, was hooked nearing the top of the lane, battled from between in the lane and then took up sharply just before the wire while missisng the place. KINGFISH in hand along the two path, gained some four wide into the lane and weakened. ENGINEERS REPORT close up along the three path for a half mile, two path on the last turn and weakened inside. EVERYTHING PAZIBLE tracked four wide up the backstretch, five wide into the lane and finished wide. A stewards inquiry was posted concerning the incident just before the wire, resulted in no change.
