RUBIGINOUS forced the pace, assumed command leaving the turn and edged clear late. STOMPING HOTROD set a contested pace, was challenged leaving the turn and worn down late. DRYSPELL was forwardly placed and lacked a rally. TROMPO never menaced. MACHO ROCKET MAN was always outrun. DOWNTOWN BROWN saved ground and offered no response when called upon.
