ELUSIVE JUSTICE dueled inside of APRIL'S NO FOOL, stepped out into that one near the eighth and sixteenths poles, then was kept to mild urging. BREWSKY stalked in the four path, bid, then shifted out nearing the sixteenth pole. APRIL'S NO FOOL dueled outside of a rival, then was bumped and forced out in the stretch. TOO CROWDED raced three wide and had a mild late bid. GIVEUSTHISDAY stalked in the three path, angled to the rail in the stretch, bid but failed to menace. NOBLE PRIZE raced inside but had no late bid. HITTHEFLOORRUNNING stalked for a half mile before giving way. C J'S EMPIRE stalked the pace in the three path before giving way. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY AND AN OBJECTION BY BREWSKY, WHO FINISHED SECOND, ELUSIVE JUSTICE WAS DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED THIRD FOR INTERFERENCE WITH APRIL'S NO FOOL.
