Chart notes
BOLD CHROME stalked the pace pressing in bid on the turn, dueled abreast foe edging clear late. HALFBACK sent hard dueled on a narrow lead through the turn extending along the rail down the lane ceding grudgingly late. BLOWING STRONG slow early raced four wide into upper stretch responding to close the gap late. TROPICAL CYCLONE chased through the turn weakening at mid track in upper stretch. OLD MOUNTAIN LANE pressured the pace through the turn fading in upper stretch. MARTY WHO flashed speed then gave way on the turn being pulled up at the head of the lane walking off after the race.
