Chart notes
WILLOUGHBY GAP stalked the pace through the turn, rallied three wide in the seven path to make the lead past the furlong marker then finished full of run to win going away while in hand late. PULPIT'S PURRFECT pressed the pace two wide, was forced out to the six path by the leader entering the stretch, dug in determinedly and finished second best. COULD YOU broke in front, dropped inside, set a pressured pace, drifted to the five path entering the stretch then was outfinished in the final furlong. J P'S GLADYS failed to menace. I'M FEELING LUCKY had good early speed then faded. OFFLEE SILKIE was no factor.
