PRINCESS CELESTE was bothered at the start, raced in the two path along the first turn, stalked the pace, was in the four path into the lane, drove past the leader down the lane and cleared the field in the final stages. GUILDER came out at the start, dueled early on from the inside, cleared the field nearing the lane, was in the three path into the lane, remained clear near the eighth pole but was no match for the winner in the final stages. GENERAL GINNY raced in the three path along the first turn, chased the pace, was on the inside into the lane and moved up in the stretch run. CLASS RIOT raced in the four path along the first turn, dueled early on while two wide, was in the three path into the lane and faded down the lane.
