W W CANDY rated off the early pace, was roused outside rivals on the bend, came into the lane from path four, took the advantage midstretch and drew clear under a drive the final sixteenth. MIND YOUR OWN BIZ vied for the lead outside TIZRIK, moved clear on the turn, fought in the stretch, did not have enough left the last eighth but was clearly second best. W W TRAFALGAR pressed from outside, was three wide on the bend then weakened for the drive. TIZRIK displayed early speed from inside but began to yield before finishing four furlongs.
