Chart notes
BOURBON MISSION coaxed from the gate, showed the way in hand just off the inside uncontested, took the inside route into upper stretch and edged clear under a drive to prevail. ADVANCE NOTICE chased four then three wide down the backstretch early on before tucking to the two path at the half mile pole, raced in behind the leader through the turn and spun just off the inside for home in tight between foes straightened into upper stretch, gained clearance nearing the eighth pole and tipped out a lane, proved no match for the top one while staying on one paced to the finish. MUCHMORETHANTHIS stumbled at the start, chased along the inside, cut the corner into upper stretch, weakened in the late stages. TOMATO BILL coaxed from the gate, chased three wide under coaxing from the seven-sixteenths, cornered just off the inside into upper stretch and weakened. TENURE got away to an awkward beginning when hesitating at the start in a stall without aid of an assistant starter conceding five to six lengths to the front, chased five then four wide under coaxing from the seven-sixteenths and trailed throughout.
