Chart notes
BUFF HELLO vied for the early lead from the inside, dug in inside the eighth pole and was well clear late under strong handling. HEAVENLY TRIP pressed the early leader while racing between rivals down the backstretch, raced four wide near the three sixteenths pole and was clearly second best. HUSBAND MATERIAL was coaxed along to lay up close early, raced four wide into the upper stretch and had no final bid in the drive. LOCKDOWN LARRY was allowed to settle early, raced along the inside around the far turn through the stretch and had no late rally. SUPREME BEING twice unseated his rider and frolicked around during the post parade. He broke slowly, raced three deep around the far turn and never was a factor. CANDY COOL dropped back early, raced five wide into the upper stretch and never threatened. HARD TRAVELER dropped back early on, raced towards the inside and never was a factor.
