Chart notes
HEART LIGHT sped to the lead at the start, stayed inside around the turn, continued on top under pressure in the upper stretch, challenged by PRINCESS PALMER in final stages, dug in gamely and prevailed. PRINCESS PALMER was forwardly placed around the turn, set down three wide for the drive, roused forward to challenge HEART LIGHT for the late lead, dueled gamely and just missed. LUNA BELLE edged up closer three wide around the turn then stayed on with response in the lane and gained show. DETERMINED STAR raced up close inside then two wide around the turn, hustled up into the lane and had no kick. HOLLYWOOD WALK raced two wide between foes around the turn, shifted out wider for the drive and needed more for late impact. TEN TWENTY ONE raced inside then two wide around the turn and failed to kick on in the lane. CAROLINA SUN raced in aim two wide through early stages then faded in the lane. BONNIE BLUETOOTH was not too far back between foes early on then steadily weakened.
