Chart notes
CLASSIC MAN dueled for the early lead, being challenged by CHARCO, took the advantage at the head of the stretch and pulled clear down the lane. CHARCO vied for the early lead, saved ground, couldn't keep up with the winner late, but was a clear second. CREME DE BALI raced within contention, came around the turn three wide, made a mild bid, couldn't the top two, but was best of others. WATSONS BAY void of early speed, improved position, but was no factor. LUCK OF THE STARS raced evenly near the back and was never a threat. AS THUNDER HEART raced near the middle of the field in the early part and weakened. COSTELLO'S KITTEN broke well, quickly dropped back and was outrun. RACE WAS HAND TIMED
