Chart notes
COOLER was away alertly and quickly made the lead, was nicely rated on the front end, remained clear late under strong handling. COLOR CODED had an awkward start, rushed up on the inside to reach contention, finished willingly on the inside and was up for place. SIR. REZ broke through the gate and was quickly caught, had good position four wide, finished willingly and just missed place. DERBY INCLUDED chased the winner and weakened in mid stretch. SAMURAI WAY well placed for a half, tired in the lane. FLAT OUT OF CREDIT was fractious in the post parade, saved ground and went evenly late. KNIGHTOFMICHAEL was no threat. STORMIN SELLY was outrun.
