Chart notes
MARINER QUI set the pace in hand, toyed with FINANCIAL DRAW after a half mile, took charge midway on the last turn, opened up a lengthy lead and was ridden out while wrapping late for the score. NEVER EVOLVED unhurried along the two path, four wide on the last turn, angled out and rallied. COSMIC COWBOY broke slow, gained inside into the last turn, eased out in the lane and finished well. FINANCIAL DRAW gained along the three path to reach the winner, dueled with that one some, tracked along the three path into the lane and tired. MERCEDES JOE unhurried, saved ground into the last turn and failed to take part. HOPING AND PRAYING well placed along the three path up the backstretch and was done on the final turn. FAST AN FIRST lagged back five wide up the backstretch while never involved. FORCINEX tracked, challenged briefly three across at the half mile pole and stopped.
