Chart notes
COLOR FAST raced within contention, moved up three wide around the final turn, drove clear down the stretch and won under steady urging. DE LIVERMORE vied for the early advantage, took command, drove clear, couldn't match strides with the winner down the home stretch, but was a clear second. SYMBOL AZTECA unhurried in the early going, moved up around the second turn, challenging DE LIVERMORE for the lead, hung down the stretch and proved third best. PONTI POKER raced near the middle of the field, saved ground around the final turn, made a mild bid and finished evenly. MR. TIN MAN dueled for the early lead and faded. POINT OF DIRECTION raced within striking distance, faded and was no threat late. PUTTER pressed the early pace, raced outside around the first turn and dropped back. DUKE OF ARGYLE void of early speed and was never close. RACE WAS HAND TIMED.
