Chart notes
CATHMOR tracked the pace, saved ground on the two path through the turn, bid three wide into the lane and edged up late. ATLANTIC SUN (GB) mid pack, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, angled in and missed. QUICK ENTRY stalked the pace on the outside, gained a striking position on the two path through the turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch and lacked the needed late kick. DIXIE HIGHWAY allowed to settle, saved ground on the two path through the turn, came through on that path into the lane and closed for a share. SPECIAL STORY allowed to settle, held position three and four wide through the turn, fanned widest into the stretch and passed tiring rivals. MAXIMUM FACTOR sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then weakened the final furlong. GOHARA well placed and outside, gained position three wide through the turn, then had no stretch rally. REAL GLITTER was never involved.
